Qty Discount: As we supply to wholesale as well as retail, we offer discounts by quantities purchased. Quantity discount is shown per item on the listing page towards the bottom.
Delivery & Shipping: Product prices shown on our website do not include the cost of delivery.
The delivery costs will vary according to the weight and size of your order. You will have options to choose to suit you, for individual items or a set price for bulk orders.
Bulk orders upto £149 are charged at a flat shipping rate of £8.99.

Orders outside the UK: Please note that due to very high shipping costs, BULK orders are not advised outside of the UK. Please contact us if a quote is required. We reserve the right to cancel any orders without prior agreed shipping costs.
Dispatch: Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours - Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays. Bulk orders are sent via 48 hours courier. Smaller orders by Royal Mail first class post.Receipt of Order: When you receive your order please check it to make sure it is correct.
All shortages, discrepancies or faulty items must be reported to us by email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
Please retain and quote your invoice/order number in any correspondance, as we will need this to rectify any problems.
Return Policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it un-used and sealed (in original packaging) within 7 days. Please note that delivery / shipping costs cannot be refunded in this case.
Pet Beds - sizes are clearly stated so please check them carefully to ensure the correct size for your pet as returns won't be accepted for the size being unsuitable.
Faulty Goods: Faulty or damaged goods will only be considered if notified to us by email or in writing within the required 7 days of receipt. Once reported you have 28 days to return the items to Pups and Pets. Where stock availability allows, we will offer an exchange of the same product. Where this is not possbile an alternative product or refund will be offered.
We offer no refund or exchange after 28 days.
The final decision rests with Pups and Pets when settling faulty and damaged claims.
